Project Templates

Cost Estimation
Once you have filled in the project master data, you can directly perform a rough cost estimation (external costs, personnel costs, materials, etc.) for individual tasks and work packages, as well as an assessment of the required personnel resources within the Gantt chart.
Project Request & Approval
After rough planning and estimation, you can directly transfer the data into the project request with an approval workflow.
Resource Planning
Projectworx allows resource planning for both individuals and teams, with the ability to search for specific skills. The resulting overall utilization can be represented in the portfolio section. Plans and resources are linked, so any shifts in the Gantt chart are automatically considered in capacity planning. Constraints are also visible directly during assignment, allowing tasks or subtasks to be redistributed for optimal utilization.
