Resources, projects, and milestones in the multi-project plan.
Multi-project plans allow you to display all or selected projects in one view. Depending on the focus and query, three different viewing options are available: resources, projects, and milestones. Filters can refine the display, restricting it to individual projects or responsible parties and highlighting different aspects.
The resources view organizes projects, subtasks (and optionally tasks) based on the employees assigned to them.
The projects view allows you to view (selected) projects along with their subtasks.
This view is reduced to milestones – all tasks are hidden for better overview.
Project portfolios can also be displayed in the multi-project plan, and individual projects can be accessed through it.
Configurable project status reports serve as a reliable source of information
Through status reports, the current project situation in terms of performance, schedules, resources, risks, and costs can be captured. The data is pulled from various areas of Projectworx, saving project managers the effort of merging information from different sources. This enables them to generate undistorted data as reports at the click of a button – even for spontaneous meetings.
The project manager’s perspective, providing context for any deviations or issues, is not mixed with performance measurement. It is incorporated through reviews, comments, or other assessment options, so that the status reports provide a realistic and comprehensive picture of the current situation.
