Populate the project plan with all project-relevant information and use custom attributes if needed. Pin important dates at the top of the project plan: a quick glance at the timeline provides immediate orientation, even for project plans with several hundred elements.

Want to document different stages of planning? Create versions of your plans or scenarios with Projectworx. Compare them as needed or juxtapose them against the base plan.
Planning aids for proactive project planning

Additional planning views
Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & customer-specific planning views.
The Project Work Breakdown Structure provides a hierarchical representation of the project plan defined in the Gantt chart. While the Gantt chart offers a graphical view of the timeline, the WBS provides a structural view of the project content.
Expand your project planning with customer-specific planning views as needed: for example, depict phases of product development and Quality Gates in landscape diagrams.
Multi-project planning & Controlling
Multi-project plans allow you to display all or selected projects in one view. Depending on the focus and query, three different viewing options are available: resources, projects, and milestones. Filters can refine the display, restricting it to individual projects or responsible parties and highlighting different aspects.
The resources view organizes projects, subtasks (and optionally tasks) based on the employees assigned to them.
The projects view allows you to view (selected) projects along with their subtasks.
This view is reduced to milestones – all tasks are hidden for better overview.
Project portfolios can also be displayed in the multi-project plan, and individual projects can be accessed through it.
